A. Great Teleseminars will:

• Secure a reliable phone bridge and show you how to use it effectively
• Record the session and lightly edit it,
• Produce CDs and mp3 files
• Ship those products to you

Q. What if I want to produce my own products?
A. That's fine with us. We'll send you a CD and you can do anything you like with it.

Q. Who owns the copyright to the content?
A. You do. Plain and simple.

Q. Will I get a transcript of the seminar?
A. A transcript costs $125.00 per hour.

Q. What are the payment terms?
A. All seminars are payable in advance to your credit card. Long-term clients who have established credit may pay by check.

Q. What makes your bridge line so good?
A. Our bridge line offers full muting capabilities, which is essential if you want to create a top-notch product. A muting line cuts out all distracting background noise from participants. Of course, the moderator can "un-mute" the line to accept questions and provide more interactivity, if desired.

Q. How many people can the bridge line hold?
A. Several hundred. Of course, you will be charged a nominal fee for each person who attends.

Q. How long will it take for you to send me my products?
A. We can send your order via your FEDEX account number. If you want a CD only, you can have your material overnight. If you want 25 or more audios, it takes about a week. The transcript takes about a week and will be delivered via email. You'll also get a disc with the transcript by mail.

Q. Can I order a whole series of seminars over many weeks or months?
A. Yes. We encourage that to lock up the times.

Q. Do you offer discounts for multiple orders or long-term seminars?
