Send Your Handouts to Clients

Your clients will greatly appreciate your seminar if you send them handouts in advance of the meeting. That way, they can follow along and concentrate on the content instead of having to rapidly write notes.
You can send the handouts to each person via email after their registration is accepted. Or you can automate this process by posting the handouts to your shopping cart system. When you do this, the shopping cart will send the handouts to the people after their credit cards have been accepted.
Action Step:
Send your handout via email:
- Open your email program.
- Open a new message.
- Type the person's email address.
- Type the subject, "Handouts for COMPANY seminar" or something like that.
- Type a short message, "Here are the handouts for the NAME OF SEMINAR." And any other info you like.
- Use the "attach file" command on the email.
- Select the file you want to send.
- Press "send."
- Do this for each person.
